The anniversary poster blends a watercolour portrait of Wojciech Fibak with the red-and-white energy of the court. It is a tribute to the tournament's patron and to five decades of great tennis on the AZS Poznań courts. Wojciech Fibak is one of the most famous Polish tennis players in history — among other achievements an Australian Open finalist and winner of the doubles Masters.

Despite the unpredictable, rainy weather that kept the organisers on edge throughout the weekend, on Sunday evening at the AZS Poznań courts we finally learned the singles champions of the 49th Wojciech Fibak Grand Prix.
There is light in the clouds! After many hours of rain, which kept the tournament on hold throughout the morning, the weather is finally easing.
A big final, but first... the weather again. On Sunday morning, heavy rain returned over Poznań, forcing the organisers to postpone the two singles finals.
